About Varsity View
Varsity View is a 39-unit luxury condominium building under construction at the northeast corner of South Bend Avenue and E. Angela Boulevard, directly across from the Linebacker Lounge and one block from Notre Dame campus. The project was originally known as Sideline Flats, stalled for years on the former site of Mulligan's Bar and Grill. TerraVita Investments took over the project and rebranded it as Varsity View, with HGR Group handling construction.
The 5-story building will feature 39 condos with 1 to 4 bedroom floor plans ranging from 866 to 1,584 square feet.
