The quiz asks about your budget, commute target, school priorities, and lifestyle preferences. It then scores every neighborhood and area in our database against your answers and shows the top matches with links to detailed area guides.
Can the quiz recommend areas in both Indiana and Michigan?
Yes. The quiz covers all areas we serve, including South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart, Niles, Edwardsburg, Buchanan, and more. If you want to compare both sides of the state line, the quiz will show you matches on either side.
What if my budget is flexible?
Choose the range that best fits your target budget. The quiz uses ranges to filter, so if you are flexible between $200,000 and $350,000, pick the range that covers most of your search. The results will still show neighborhoods that overlap your range.
Should I talk to an agent after taking the quiz?

If a neighborhood you expected does not appear, it likely scored lower on one of your priorities (budget, commute, schools, or lifestyle). I can explain why a specific area did or did not match and help you decide whether to look there anyway. The quiz is a starting point, not a final answer.
Can the quiz help me decide between Indiana and Michigan?
Yes. If you enter a commute target and budget that work on both sides of the state line, the quiz shows matches in both Indiana and Michigan. This is one of the most useful features for buyers who are undecided between the two states. I am licensed in both and can show you homes on either side.
